I suggest that you modify your approach by noting that you will leverage off the many years of materials research provided by EPRI's Materials Reliability Program and the BWR Owners Group. You did make mention of EPRI's Steam Generator Management Program. Why didn't you mention the other two large materials program at EPRI? It appears to be a significant oversight.

Is the future of wind energy better served by using it in applications in which its sporadic nature does not matter? I am thinking of stand-alone green hydrogen generators so that grid disruption does not figure.
